We combine product design, 3D modelling and hands-on prototyping with limited pilot-batch production. When additional materials or manufacturing capabilities are needed, we coordinate specialist partners and manage the agreed delivery as a turnkey project.
You can buy a single task or the whole project. There is no need to start a heavyweight development programme or source every resource yourself.

Product design questions
Can a product be modelled from a photograph?
Yes. In many cases a photograph or sketch is enough to start design. An accurate production model may require more information about dimensions and intended use.
Can Aulis make a physical prototype too?
Yes. Aulis combines 3D design with hands-on manufacturing. Our in-house expertise focuses on wood, CNC machining and handwork.
Can Aulis make a small batch of products?
Yes. Aulis delivers limited test, pilot and small batches as individual projects. Continuous serial or mass production is not part of our in-house operating model.
What if the product needs metal or plastic?
Aulis can machine suitable materials such as polycarbonate itself. For other materials and manufacturing methods, we can use specialist partners and manage the whole delivery.
Can I order just one work stage?
Yes. You can order modelling, a prototype or a limited manufacturing task without a wider development project.
Can Aulis help start production?
Aulis can support manufacturability design, finding manufacturing partners and preparations for starting production. Aulis is not a continuous mass-production supplier.
