01
Find the opportunities and options.
02
Customer, need, promise and model on paper.
03
Show what the idea could look like.
04
Build just enough to test.

Three services
Aulis connects concept work, visualisation, building and testing into one clear process. Physical and digital ideas alike.
01 · Concept
Idea sparring, customer need, value proposition, service and product concepts, naming, packaging and first pricing. Output: a concept one-pager, service structure or pricing hypothesis.
Read more02 · Visualize & Build
2D and 3D visualisation, product concept images, service visualisation, mockups, UI concepts, landing pages, physical and digital prototypes, MVP.
Read more03 · Test
Landing page tests, customer interviews, demand, pricing and sales experiments, pilots and physical market tests. Data → learning → decision.

build and try
Strategy firms think, agencies design, software houses build and research firms test. Aulis does these together like a development workshop – and you buy only the part you need.

Digital + physical
The same hand marks the measurement, draws the model and assembles the prototype. Design is informed by practical making and manufacturability – wood, plywood, metal, glass, textiles, concrete.
Landing pages, campaigns, SEO/GEO, social, email, pricing experiments
Customer meetings, fairs, pop-ups, demos, physical prototypes
Cases
Our own experiments prove the method: idea → concepts → visualisation → demand test → prototype → market.
From product idea to real market.
From existing capability to a new B2B service.
Why Aulis exists

Petri has more than two decades of experience across business development, leadership and technology – in senior roles, but also hands-on: digital services, data and AI solutions, products and new ways of working.
As an entrepreneur he has again seen how much practical work it takes to move an idea into the market – and how often it simply needs extra hands.
Aulis was created to provide exactly that practical capacity.
Questions
Turn the idea into something a customer can react to – a landing page, a concept image or a pre-order – and measure what customers actually do. Only then decide whether to invest more. The Aulis way: pick the single most important assumption, build the lightest test for it and agree in advance what result means go.
Start with the customer and the situation where the service is needed. Then describe the promise, the content, the customer journey and a first price on one page. The concept is ready to test when you can explain it to a customer in a minute.
An MVP (minimum viable product) is the smallest version of a product or service that shows whether customers buy and use it. An MVP can be a web page, a manually delivered service or a small batch of products – it doesn't have to be software.
A prototype tests whether a solution works and what it looks like. An MVP tests whether customers really buy and use it. A prototype can be unfinished; an MVP must work well enough to give the customer value.
A service can be made visible as a customer journey, a service description, a mockup, a presentation page or images of the service situation. The goal is that customers understand what they get before the service is built.
Show the product as concept images or 3D visualisations and ask for a clear action: a pre-order, an email or a quote request. A physical prototype at a fair or pop-up tells you more once first interest is confirmed.
Service design means designing a service from the customer's point of view: for whom, in what situation, what the customer experiences and how the service is delivered. In practice the result is a concrete service description, customer journey and package – not just a report.
A first concept often takes half a day to a couple of days. Broader concept work with visualisations and tests usually takes 1–6 weeks. The duration depends on what you need to learn, not on the calendar.
Yes. Aulis can take responsibility for an agreed part of the work or act as extra hands for your own team. You only need the idea and someone who makes the decisions.
AI speeds up ideating options, copy, concept images and digital prototypes, so more options reach testing with less work. Decisions are still based on real customer reactions, and AI-generated images are labelled.
Insights
AI-generated image27/09/2026
The cost and speed of experimentation have changed. The management question is no longer "should we build this?" but "what is the smallest sensible way to test whether this works?"
AI-generated image27/09/2026
The fastest way to test a business idea online is a landing page with one clear promise and one action.

Stopping is the most valuable decision in a business experiment – if it is made on time and with evidence.
